The Twelve apartments incorporated Clipsal mood lighting , ICHA pre-wiring for future proof, smart home technology. Latitude house is prepared for flexible lighting, HDTV, multi room sound and flexible connectivity.

For this private home, ICHA put in a minimalist video door entry system. The multi room sound solution allowed i-tunes to be distribution throughout the home. A home cinema with surround sound which connected to the home network was also an element of this project.

A Private home in London required a multi room solution integrated with Bang & Olufson equipment. A customised hand held remote was programmed for this property, with a central set top box distribution, and control.

This stunning private home situated in Farnham contained a distributed audio and visual package which incorporated the Bose Lifestyle. Plasma and LCD screens (5 sources to 6 rooms) where connected via single icon driven hand held touch pad. ctivity.

Private home, with multi room, multi zone music and vision, BPT door entry, enhanced security with dial in home control. Clipsal mood lighting throughout the home which included a coffer ceiling effect. Two home theatres were also included in this project. One cinema room contained a, 42” plasma and the other included a drop down projector and drop down screen, which was controlled by a ICHA icon based intuitive remote control.

This Private home situated in London required a home theatre and lighting package. The home theater package for this project included, state-of-the-art 50 inch plasma. The lighting was distributed around the whole property using 60 channels of Clipsal mood lighting.
